We don't have any apple products actually. Three Lenovos and a Razer. My wife is still on WiFi most of the time and she hasn't experienced much issues. But my impression is that we always has 5G WiFi enabled. Still not sure actually what AT&T support did, but if there was an issue it was most likely fixed by the router reset.
