I like how Op introduces Naturalistic Decision Making (NDM) to address the question about how to accelerate expertise. But I am just a little critical/suspicious about this narrative, because Op and those NDM experts such as Gary Klein are working for companies that monetize this method. Is there any real world evidence that can soothe this sense of suspicion?
